Every movement
on the board.

A transport-coordination house run like a departure board — eleven movements across four gates: freight crating and packing, shared ride pools, nonemergency medical transport, and terminal facilities. Each movement posted, tracked, and dispatched on schedule.

Board Routine

Post, stage,
call, depart.

Every movement runs the same four calls through the terminal.

CALL 01

Post

You file a movement order — cargo, riders, patients, or product — with dates and destinations.

CALL 02

Stage

The desk stages the work: crates built, pools matched, transport arranged, or terminal slots held.

CALL 03

Call

The movement is called — pickups confirmed, documents checked, chains of custody opened.

CALL 04

Depart

It departs on schedule and the row closes — your movement stays posted on the board for next time.

▸ The board —

One terminal,
every kind of move.

Freight, people, and product rarely move through the same desk — so we built one terminal that posts them all. Crating lines sit beside pool desks; the NEMT window sits beside terminal ops.

What they share is the discipline: every movement is posted in writing, staged before the call, and closed only when it departs. Freight or patient, the board doesn't care — on time is on time.
